The GPS Pathfinder®Pro XR/XRS
Mapping Systems are easy-to-use GIS data collection systems
that provide real-time sub-meter accuracy.
These systems are used in a wide range
of applications, including utility asset management, environmental
monitoring and scientific research, hazardous waste clean-up,
municipal asset management, and natural resource and land
management. Feature and attribute data are input with either the
hand-held TSC1™ data collector running Asset Surveyor™ software or a
customer-supplied pen-based notebook running Trimble's Microsoft
Windows-based ASPEN™ software. Users download location-tagged data
to a GIS database or mapping application.
The Pro XR/XRS Mapping Systems
incorporate Trimble's Everest Multipath Rejection Technology.
Everest increases productivity and accuracy in high-multi-path
environments such as near buildings, mine walls, trees, and water,
or any other reflective surfaces. This extends the benefits of
real-time GPS mapping to sites where GPS was previously challenged
due to multipathing. |
